Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation |
| Insulation for loose dry insulation layer and cavity filling material | | | | | Thermofloc Insulation Pellets are compressed granules made of cellulose fibre, which are used as a loose dry insulation layer and cavity filling material for insulating both floors and ceilings. Thermofloc Insulation Pellets are building-biologically and ecologically benign, as they are manufactured from cellulose fibre without the addition of binding or preservative agents. Increased soundproofing: The high piled weight of 500kg/m³ provides increased soundproofing, which is particularly important in the area of intermediate ceilings. Produce very little Dust: Thermofloc Insulation Pellets produce very little dust and can therefore be installed as easily and unproblematically as any other loose dry insulation filling. Cavity filling Material: As well as being used as a cavity filling material, Thermofloc Insulation Pellets can also be installed as a supporting floor construction. Levelling out uneven Sections: Thermofloc Insulation Pellets are likewise excellently suited for levelling out uneven sections of ceilings and floors.

Thermofloc Roof Sheathing Rolls |
| The protection for your roof | | | | |
Thermofloc Roof Sheathing Rolls protect the construction from driving rain and thus prevent any penetration of moisture into the roof or wall structure. The rolls are UV stable, particularly tear-resistant and extremely open to diffusion.
Thermofloc Roof Sheathing Rolls are installed overlapping on the outside of the roof, under the roof covering, to provide optimal protection against wind and rain. The counter lathing is nailed or tacked onto the Roof Sheathing Rolls and thus fixed in place at the same time. Thermofloc Roof Sheathing Rolls have a 10 year guarantee. Coordinated system components provide optimal insulation.

| Thermal insulation, insulating with semi-natural materials | | | | | Only good insulation can provide effective thermal insulation. Thermofloc is a semi-natural insulation material made of cellulose fibres, which is applied in roofs, ceilings and floors by means of a blow-in technique. The advantages of insulating with Thermofloc are clear: Ecological Insulation: Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation is a building-biologically benign insulation which guarantees optimal indoor temperatures during both the cold and the hot seasons of the year. Ecological thermal insulation Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation is ecologically benign and recyclable. Organic Insulation Material: Bring an organic insulation material, Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation can absorb moisture and then release it again. Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation is therefore ideally suitable for use in roof and wall constructions which are open to diffusion. Free of thermal bridges: Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation provides a continuous, tailor-made insulation layer which is free of thermal bridges and, in contrast to insulation in board or mat form, does not result in any waste cuttings. Price/Performance Ratio: Compared to other conventional insulation materials, Thermofloc Blow-in insulation offers an excellent price/performance ratio. Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation does not cost more than conventional thermal insulation made of mineral fibre. Licensed Installation Companies: Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation is installed exclusively by licensed installation companies, thus guaranteeing the high durability and long service life of the insulation.

Thermofloc Vapour-Proof Lining |
The fleece with a double feature | | | | | Thermofloc Vapour-Proof Lining is a vapour-proof and air-tight material which protects constructions against damp. It can be used for wall and roof constructions in the interior of buildings. Thanks to its additionally reinforced structure, it has greater tear strength and can be excellently combined with Thermofloc Blow-in Insulation. Area of application:Thermofloc Vapour-Proof Lining is used on the interior of ventilated and non-ventilated roof constructions and in the walls of wooden crossbar structures. The use of Thermofloc Vapour-Proof Lining prevents weak points in the construction due to draughts, thus preventing the penetration of moisture into the thermal insulation. Installation instructions: Thermofloc Vapour-Proof Lining is fastened to the sub-structure by means of tacking or gluing. The lining must be installed with the foil side facing inwards to the room, i.e. with the fibrous side facing the thermal insulation. A lengthwise installation of the Vapour-Proof Lining is to be recommended in the case of Thermofloc Blow-in Insulations. Should it be necessary to install it crosswise, the points where adhesive tape is used must be covered with continuous lathing in order to prevent Thermofloc Adhesive Tape from becoming detached due to the blow-in pressure. The areas to be stuck down must be free of grease, dust and silicone, and also completely dry. |
