1. Raw material
Mixed recycling paper

2. Shredder
The material is put through the shredder. Small parts, e.g. paper clips, are removed by an electromagnet.

3. Admixtures
Water is added

4. Compression
The moistened raw material is compressed to form pellets approx. 3-5 mm long.

5. Packaging
The Thermofloc insulation pellets are now packed in sacks containing 40 litres each. 30 sacks per Europallet = 1.2 m3. If desired, delivery in Big Bags and a silo is also possible.
